I had done their RTR package which included oil change, tire rotation, balancing of all tires, engine air filter, wiper blades and a few other things. I also had to have my TPMS checked. They didn’t have the wiper blades to fit my car. One TPMS valves needed replaced which was good and they were to recode the Tire Pressure(psi) that shows the pressure of each of my tires. They’ve had to do that in the past anytime they’ve done anything with the tires. I had an over 2 hour wait even with having an appointment. They finished the car and I pulled away and noticed the tire pressure (psi) wasn’t recoded so I went back and told the guy at the desk. He came out and looked at it and said I need to talk to someone else about it. He came back and I just needed to drive 10-12 miles and it would reset itself. I knew better than that and he said that’s what the professional said. So I left. It’s now been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t reset itself. Car drives a little wobbly so I’m having to make another appointment to take it back in and more time to wait and rebalance the tires and recode the psi. I have an emergency flat repair on a Michelin tire that I recently purchased from them. And the manager told me I needed to make an appointment for another day to fix a flat tire that was going down rapidly. I had my family with me and there was no waiting for another day to fix the tire. I can’t believe that tire discounters business guide lines calls for turning away loyal customers for a flat repair.

I bought tires from this location and I had to go back 3 times to get a my tire that was leaking air fixed all they kept doing was filling it back up. I paid for a vehicle inspection to have the entire car inspected and they only looked at what I mentioned at the drop off they didn’t tell me what my vehicle check engine light was on for they didn’t tell me my oil was low they didn’t too off any fluids like they said they would…. I had to go get a second inspection from different company to find out what else. They told me it would be 24.90 and the cost ended up being $28 +. It seemed that they weren't that busy, yet it seemed to take a very long time. I had always been pleased with the service there before but it seemed a little slow. Also, I did not receive a receipt. Have a great one.Rating 4.0November 10, 2016I came in to try to find out why my car was humming loudly after getting two new tires from the Sharonville location put on.( I had previously gone back there and they seemed to not care to investigate the problem, so I came to your location. ) A bad bearing and tie rod were found and I'm very disappointed that these things weren't found at the onset of work Sharonville. They also sent me out with low air in all tires. Needless to say, they let me down. The I-275 location found out was wrong and gave me an estimate. They also rotated the tires back to original position in order to try to decrease humming. I honestly am not sure if I try this amount of work to any Tire Discounters after the Sharonville experience.
