Last week, I had a tire blowout ruining my wheel/rim. Tire was covered/replaced at no cost because I had a warranty. Rim wasn’t covered even though the tire blew out. I said it was a faulty tire and expected TD would cover cost of rim, but I was told I hit a pot hole. There is no pot hole on Rt75 south of Mitchell rd, and if I did hit a pothole and the tire went flat, I would understand. Fast forward, I gave up arguing and paid for the rim. Here is where service at TD gets worse than having to pay for the rim. I picked up the truck off hours so there was no one to immediately point out what I am about to share. The air pressure in the new tire was at factory pressure. My 3 other tires had roughly 5 pounds less PSI in them than what is recommended. The low tire pressure light was on. ONE WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE CHECKED PRESSURE IN ALL Tires and fill as required..Nope! Lastly, they left the spare tire in the back of my truck bed rather than put it back in position.
