Talked me into buying a tire . Why they put the tire on wrong side and I still got a nail in my tire . I talked to the General Manager Tyler . He treated me like I lied and treated me like I was stupid. I'm a Manager myself and I would never treat anyone like that. I feel like when I called them out on some things they should have done . They lied ! I will never shop there again . And I will tell people how I was treated. - Rating 2.0January 12, 2017I am a repeat customer and have had great experiences until now. Tech didnt check all fluids. Washer fluid was completely empty after service. Also, when i drove back I told tech of issue, he opened hood and had left a rag in engine compartment that he left there . With service like that, did the oil change get done correctly? Was a young tech..maybe tired or inexperienced. Either way, not impressed and concerned. Will call store to talk with manager. Too upset at time of service. Over 4.5 hours later the Manager tells me its my other rotor and caliper and my bearing is "perfect". After I almost wreck because my wheel seized up I found out it was my bearing after all by another shop after I had to get it towed.
