My husband and I stopped by the store in Heath, Ohio to have the team check a tire with a slow leak earlier today. We were told it would take an hour, but if only took 30 minutes. As expected there was a screw in the tire so the team repaired it for us. When I asked how much we owed the manager said, nothing. I said we have to owe you something because we didn’t buy the tire here. He said, “no you don’t.” I insisted that we owed them for fixing the tire and he insisted they were not charging us. What a great way to earn our business! We really appreciated it and wanted to be sure to let others know about this great team of people at the Heath location. When I phoned Tire Discounters in Heath Ohio, I got the information I needed within a few minutes, and he was interested in selling me tires. When I took my vehicle in to purchase the tires, I was treated like I was a valuable customer, even though I had never been there before. The price was right, and the service was great. I was told it would be over 4 hours so I had to come back another day. We'll when I bought the 4 tires they forgot to change the sensors which caused a confusion. I heard the ads and thought yep I'll try it (after the last guy charged me $75.00 for alignment). I waited over 4 hrs for the last guy with a bill of over $700.00. Your Heath store has The BEST customer Service EVER! ( I teach Customer service so I do know a couple of things). I believe they were both named Steve. They were short handed that Friday and it was super busy. They had me done in an hour and a half. They apologized for the long wait, and had free WiFi to keep me busy.
