The company refused to sell me tires for my ram laramie 2500 4x4. not only did I called and asked Tom about an inspection they said I needed from the other place he assured me I didn't need one . I stopped with my truck after work and talked to both Ed and Tom. Ed went over every concern I had and even put me in a bigger tire I needed for my truck for safety reasons. I will be back for some other things for my truck to be done before we go camping. Need front and rear dif fluid changed out on it . Thanks guys you are the best . You gained a customer that don't have much trust when I hand my vehicles over to have things done . We were on vacation and the team at this location checked everything out found that there was nothing major going on and fixed us up so we could get back to Maryland. The gentleman that worked on the truck was very kind and helpful. Have a great one!Rating 2.0March 14, 2017I called on Monday to arrange for a specific set of tires to be brought to the store so I could have them installed on Tuesday morning. They told me the tires would be in the store on Monday afternoon so a Tuesday installation would be fine.
I showed up Tuesday morning for the installation and no tires. Turns out someone sold them to another customer on Monday afternoon. They did go ahead and order more tires when I arrived on Tuesday morning but I had to make another hour trip for the installation. This wouldn't have been a problem if they had called me Monday night and said the tires wouldn't be available until later in the day or any other type of contact so I didn't have to rearrange my schedule. After the screw up on there part no discount or additional service was offered to make up for the multiple trips and inconvenience.
If I hadn't needed tires so badly and the price was as good as it was I wouldn't have been back and this will likely be the last time I use this store for service.Tire DiscountersApril 13, 2017David, Thanks for alerting us about your troubles getting your tires.
