I dropped off the car on Tuesday June 17 and they had it complete on Wednesday June 18. It was very hot days for June. I have already driven the car over 800 miles and I felt very comfortable in the Michelin Defender Tire. I am not a rough driver on tires but I think this is likely the first set of tires I've ever driving in 52 years of driving with an 80,000 mile warranty. I am pleased with the feel of the tires on the highway. The balance must have been done very carefully! I've only driven a small amount in the rain but these tires feel really nice! Went to this location and he did not want to honor my coupons because I didn’t spend money at his store on the tires. He didn’t seem to care that I spent money at another location. Had to call the original location to have him honor coupons. Then he left my car unlocked, sitting on the outside of the lot all day. Backed it so far into a spot that the back bumper scraped the curb when I pulled out. - Rating 1.0April 22, 2024Had a terrible experience with this location. I made a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be an hour but it took almost two hours. But the issue was that there were three people who came in after me who got out before me and one had two cars. AND the customer with two cars was neighbors with the person at the front desk, so they got pushed ahead.
When I said something to the manager, he said they were busy and he only had one guy to do oil changes and two guys for tires. It took that one guy two hours to do my oil change, since everyone else was there for tires.
I didn't even get an apology from the manager. however the guy working at the counter (who got his neighbors two cars through fast) asked with a sarcastic smile if i had any "big plans later". I con only answer "I did, but not anymore"
