Driving home it read 10 lbs under pressure. I bought tires and brakes a few months ago and I noticed a loud noise while stopping. Before I could take it back in for an inspection, I picked up a nail in one of the new tires. I didn’t have the road hazard protection and the nail was near the sidewall and unable to be repaired. Chris went out of his way to help me out by allowing me to purchase the road hazard plan for all of the tires instead of charging me for a new tire. He also changed out all 4 brake pads even though he couldn’t replicate the sound I was hearing, free of charge. I picked up the car today and my fender has a dent and is missing paint. Customer service is very poor. They will not give me the district managers phone number. IM SURE they didn't check any of the things I requested such as checking my new tired (because it seems like I have to keep adding air in all 4 of my tires). I have bulb out that I would have gotten replaced ( but they didn't even look at it). Also tire rotation was supposed to be included THEY DIDNT DO THAT. So the guy at the counter offered me a appointment for today* the day before Thanksgiving. HOW INCONVENIENT. I have 4 cars so we use a fair bit of tires
the manager stayed over 2 hours on New Year's Eve to make sure I picked my car up. I was very impressed.
I have had 2 tires replaced under road hazard warranty with no complaint. These are $200 dollar apiece tires, there are even sending my bent rim out for fixing. But thy got me back on this road that day.
One other time at this location I took my car in and he adjusted the emergency break for free because they had previously done my brakes.
