When I got there the man told me that there were two people in front of me that they had booked three people at 9 o’clock and only had one service tech doing oil. So I left my car there until 106 in the afternoon when I got my car back I noticed that they had not rotated my tires so how do I know that they change the oil and filter? Without hesitation, the team worked over to get a new tire on my car and send me on my way. They showed me what caused the flat (a screw!) and had the new tire on in like 15 minutes. They gave me a cert to come back and get the free alignment (since they already had turned off the alignment machine) the next day. They were quick and professional.
