After hearing nothing as of the morning of 9/17 I called the location directly to inquire. They reported never receiving anything from me and confirmed they'd not received anything requesting an appointment when I took my email notification of 9/13 in with me on Tuesday afternoon. The Tire Discounters store I deal with was great at proceeding to schedule an appointment for me on Tuesday. Very happy with their service. My advice is to forgo the online scheduling and call the store directly to schedule. You'll be assured of getting an appointment. I had four new tires put on my vehicle and after getting my car back, I noticed that two of my black rims were scratched up down to the bare metal. At first the manager, Garrett tried to tell me that their tool would not have done that even though I could look at my rims and tell you exactly what kind of tire tool made the marks, because little did they know that I am a car guy also, so after two more trips up to the store, complaining and talking to corporate they finally agreed to have my rims fixed. They had to send me out to a different business to have them fixed and Jim from the Eastgate store Told me that there would be a rental car waiting for me at the rim shop when I arrived and that someone would call me to confirm the details before my appointment. My appointment was set for 3 weeks out and I never heard anything about the rental, so on the 11th hour, I called tire discounters to make sure everything was in place and only then I was told that I had to purchase my own rental car and then tire discount would reimburse me. If I would not have called to confirm my rental, I would have driven a half an hour away to the rim shop and been stuck out there. It was a headache from start to finish and I recommend going someplace else if I were you. This went on for about a month and to this day not one person from Tire discounters has verbally admitted fault or even apologized for any inconvenience or damaging my rims.
