My mother recently went up there to get her tires rotated and they said that DIRT was tire thread. Very lazy. Didn’t even have the sense to wipe the tire. We arrive at our hotel excited to relax and enjoy the weekend with our baseball family only to notice in the parking lot that we have a nail in our tire and it’s losing air. 🤯 After a couple of unsuccessful calls to AAA and various other tire-auto repair shops that were closed, My husband headed to Walmart to purchase a plug kit and fixes it himself in a gas station parking lot.
Saturday morning heading to our first game of the weekend we’re ecstatic that the plug is holding well. Between games, my husband went to move the car to a closer lot and the tire is nearly flat! 😤😫🤬 We immediately search the nearest tire shop which happens to be TireDiscounters on Ferguson. I explain to the guy that were from out of town, baseball tournament, nail, etc. He tells us to come on over and they’ll fix us up. We leave our son at the field unsure if well even be back for the next game and head over. We were stressed, pacing anxiously not wanting to miss the game and they got us fixed up, on the road, back to the game with maybe 10 minutes to spare and best of all…”NO CHARGE!”. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Midas and Pep boys both said they could not do it. Tire Discounters told me to bring the car up and he’d get it repaired before they closed. They were busy so it took them 4 hours to check the car and let me know that the brakes and calipers needed to be replaced. I was told they could not finish it Friday but they would work on it first thing Saturday. I called at 11 am Saturday and the person who answered the phone seemed clueless. I was put on hold for several minutes and then the phone went dead. They called later and said the car could not be worked on because the wrong parts were delivered. This was just a few hours before their closing time. I picked up the car and took it to another repair shop. If I knew they were too booked up to deal with the repair I would have taken it immediately to another shop. They should also have known the parts were incorrect much earlier. - Rating 4.0April 2, 2017I brought my vehicle in for the front end shaking when going between 40 mph to 55 mph and it was making a weird grinding sound during turns. I left it. They told me it just needed to be balanced. I drove it yet the same issues still existed so I took it back. The Master Technician, Eric, went over my vehicle to detect the underlying problem. He found it, described it in a way that I could understand it, talked shop with my husband to explain it (which is pretty hard because my husband aka Mechanic Man knows cars better than most active master car technicians hence the nickname), and referred me to a great place to get it fixed. I was initially upset upon my return but Eric more than made up for it. He is a keeper, which makes this Tired Discounters a keeper. - Rating 3.0March 5, 2017I arrived after being told on the phone that workload was light and my leak could be fixed or replace quickly. When I arrived at noon I was told I would be out of there by 1:15, 1:30 at the latest. At 1:25 my car was still sitting where I parked it. I told the adviser that I had to leave by 1:50. A technician then pulled my car in and repaired the leak. I was out the door at exactly 1:50. Please be honest next time about how quickly work can be done! I offered to leave the wheel for the rest of the day but was told that wouldn't be necessary. I got to my appointment but next time be honest and don't leave me hanging for 90 min.
