I went to this location on 7/1/23 with a loose tire that had a huge bolt in it that I had obviously picked up at the car wash the night before on my way in from work. I didn't know if it could be fixed or if I would need a new tire. I dropped if off & came back about 3:45 to pay & pick up my tire. I gave my info to the lady at the counter & she told me where to pull to pick it up. Before I turn to leave, I said Wait, don't I need to go ahead & pay now? She looks at me & says No. You don't owe us anything? I look at her, "What? Your kidding, right?" She says "No, this one is on us. Just come back & see us." I know I thanked them multiple times & again, while retrieving my tire. Needless to say, I left with a smile on my face & warmth in my heart! It's the little things. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. This was scheduled, and I was in and out within an hour.
The manager, knowing that my wife had experienced some heath issues, asked about her, and we had not talked or seen each other since my last visit. That meant a lot, and demonstrates the kind of people that are employed at T.D.
