Noticed I had hardly any tread in my front tires. Was hard to stay in my lane when raining and snowing, was just north of Cincinnati, OH..I was planning to drive to Williamsburg, KY and spend the night.. called Johnny Wheels there.I talked to Terry on the phone and asked if he had the tires in stock for my Ford Flex? He said he did not, but could get next day. I felt, maybe I should check at tire stores near Cincinatti, could not find any store that had my tires, was frustrated and nervous driving a car to Florida with bad tires! I got a call back from Terry and said he called around the Cincinatti area and found a Tire Discounter that had the tires I need!! I was only 15 min away from the Tire Discounter store. I got taken care of immediately! Got the tires and alignment and back on the road to Florida with in a hour and a half...Thanks to Terry! While traveling from Knoxville to Ohio I noticed something felt odd.i asked a local auto parts store who directed me to Johnny Wheels/Tire Discounters. Terry quickly upon arrival and explained my tire was disintegrating and the other one as well. He explained the other 2 had some mileage left. I believe many other shops would have tried to sell me 4. He said I could match the others at a Tire Discounters in Knoxville when I returned home. He didn't try to take advantage of us a Terry had dog treats as well. I would tell anyone, I felt it was an honest place to do business. When we arrived they were very quick to check our tires and ended up we needed all new tires. They only had 2 but sent for 2 more that was across town. They were very fast getting the tires there and put on. They didn’t try to take advantage of us in our time of need. They ordered 2 tires from another store and had us on our way in less than 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. They were great and very friendly and even called the next day to make sure everything was fine . You definitely don’t get customer service like that anymore.
