- Rating 1.0January 17, 2024Had an "appointment" scheduled for a tire rotation. Waited an hour and my car was still in the parking lot. When I requested my key to leave I was told an appointment time just put me in line for service. "Like a Dr's office". Worker was condescending and gave the impression that it was my fault for not understanding that policy.

The woman proceeded to tell me if the other place couldn't find it that it would take them awhile to find it. My partner found it immediately and is now patching my tire. The women up front were rude and assumed they couldn't do a better job than the last place I took it. They did the break pad change, but didn't bleed the break lines, introduced air, and didn't replace the break fluid. I took it back the next day, they were rude with my husband, and they said they would top it off and didn't. They left the reservoir empty. I ended up having to take it somewhere else because I wasn't sure if there was a leak and I feel like they just left me with more problems. I understand the business and how some customers can be pushy. Service writing can be a thankless job. Marcus however begins interactions fast talking, doesn’t listen well, comes off rude. I heard him talking poorly of another customer last visit after they left.
