Tire Discounters Noblesville

Joey SI would not recommend using this company for tires period. The lack of communication, competence, dissatisfaction resolution, and empathy is very evident here. Unfortunately I have a long list of issues with my visit to this location.

I am hoping I have enough characters to fully cover everything.

First, I stopped by this location Friday afternoon and decided to purchase tires. This part went smooth, as it’s easier to take money than it is to earn it. I purchased 1k in tires and an appt was set up for 10am the next morning. Saturday (3/29/25) I was at the location by 945am. My wife, daughter and I walked in and I walked to the counter and let them know I was there. I want to make it apparent that the gentleman that helped me the night before was extremely friendly and welcoming. Also a quick note: the gentleman that helped me on Friday asked me if I wanted to keep my tires because the front looked good. I said sure let’s keep the front two. Needless to say I walked out after the ordeal listed below and par for the course, the front two tires were not in my truck. I was so fed up I said forget it.

I didn’t feel the friendliness I did previous night from the manager, soon after approaching the desk Saturday morning. I explained that I had a 10am appt. He told me the total and I explained I paid the previous evening. Then he asked “did someone follow you? This will take 2-2.5 hours. I said no, I was not made aware of this the previous day. I am middle aged, I have never had tires changed and aligned and it took 2.5 hrs. Now I am annoyed because my 11 year old daughter has to sit in a tire shop for almost three hours when my wife could have followed me. I go to sit in the waiting area with my family. At 1021am my truck is still in the lot. Remember, I got there at 945am. My truck should have been started. At this point I was already annoyed but could tell they were busy. About an hour or so in I went to make coffee, remeber your expected wait times are almost three hours and there were 8 packets of an artificial sweetener, no coffee made etc. just water in the fridge. These details matter when you are not timely delivering your services. Still a minor issue but starting to add up.

Next about 145 minutes in the manager approaches me and tells me that they do not have the ability or the codes to do my alignment correctly. That they would have to charge me 700.00 dollars to do it? What? First, why would a place that has tires in its name not know this ahead of time? Why wouldn’t you have the codes? I have bought many tires in my life and I have never had a situation where I was told I would have to drive my car out of alignment to a dealer and pay them to do it because it would be cheaper. Again, what? No, an alignment should not cost me anything. I drove from McCordsville to Noblesville Friday shopping with my daughter which is why I stopped at this location. I had already driven back to get the work done. Now you are telling me you can do it, but you want 700.00 to do it. Or drive to a dealer and pay them to do it. So then the manager said if my truck was at his store in Beechgrove he would be able to do it there. So now I was and I am still confused why it would cost 700.00 to do it there, then they were not able to do it there, but suddenly another store could? This is a chain, there should be no differentiation between shops. I looked up how far away I would be driving to get to his store. (Around a half hour). I let him know we would get lunch and drive to that store, I asked him to call to make sure they could get me I . Did I want to drive out there? No, but it was better than 700.00 dollars or driving to a dealer. He called, when he heard it ring a lot he stated they must be really busy. Well guess what? Even if they were, at this point a truck out of alignment driving out of their way to complete a service they should have had done, should take priority. He hangs up and says his store couldn’t do it either. He told me this will need done sooner or later because it will chew my new tires up. Great, sounds good. Insanity! Now I am livid. I go tell my wife about the Beechgrove result and she knows I am ticked. I would also like to point out that multiple times customers walked in and stood without greetings or anyone inside to acknowledge them for 5-10 minutes. At one point a customer that was sitting in the waiting room near us got up to complain that his oil change has taken way too long. I concur, he was in there way too long for an oil change.

I was thinking this nightmare was about to end at least temporarily, so I sat quietly stewing over these events. The manager comes back once again to tell me since he doesn’t have the codes my steering wheel is also out of alignment and at an angle and they cannot fix it. He also stated my parking sensors and cameras would also be off.

So I dropped a thousand dollars at this location, drove in with a perfectly aligned steering wheel, a truck

Karen B. Phenomenal customer service! It was late in the day on a Saturday when I discovered that I had a punctured tire! AAA came out and aired it up, just enough for me to drive across the road to Tire Discounters. They had just closed for the day but absolutely made an exception for me saying they didn’t want me to have to be on the road with an unsafe tire! They stayed open, found the puncture, repaired the tire, and I was out of there in no time!
I totally spaced the names of those I wish to thank, so whatever nice gentleman was kind enough to take care of getting the tire patched as well as the lovely young lady at the service desk— I thank you from the bottom of my heart and you’ve just made a new customer!

Jason HamelHad 3 tires leaking air looked at another store. Said problem was fixed. Nope. Saw Dave Osborne the manager at the Noblesville store. Explained the issue. Got me right in. Found 3 leakes from valve stems that another store did not find. Great customer service. Went above and beyond to get me in quick and the job done right. Will definitely be bringing my other cars to this location from now on.

Elmer n .GThis place gets a -0 ,because I went there for tire pressure sensor issue. They use some type lazor for sensor, not my truck is cutting off .I took it back the manager was really snobby, and denied what was don't to truck. I state that I seen truck on camera, he said we have footage, I ask to pull it, he throws me the quote paper, and said not going to help me. This place is unprofessional

Chris WDavid and his crew at 2:45 on Saturday Afternoon got my car in the shop for a slow air leak. Within 15 minutes they had found what had punctured the tire, patched it, remounted, and parked in front of the door ready to go. Thank You David for the excellent work.

T. Allen GREAT customer service. I had tire light on, they checked it out, no issues and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and NO charge. David showed me how to reset the tire light. Definitely will use their services again when needed. Professional, clean, and courteous. Thank you!

Jenn PI have been using this location since, literally, the day they opened. I run a store across the street from them. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Professional, courteous, helpful, and most importantly, kind. I help to run 3 retail stores around the Indy area, and appreciate outstanding customer service. These guys have it, and I strongly suggest they get the biggest shoutout available to them, through the company. Will continue using them and suggest that others give them a try as well. You won't be disappointed.

Dave MChecked tire pressure after picking up my truck, it was all over the place LF 38 RF 41 RL 28 RR 42 . Took it in for rotation ? Don’t think that was done, no sign of them being touched. Stole my chrome valve stem cap .

Chris, WI called about special tires for my husband’s classic car as he was driving through to a car show. Eli went out of his way to call me back to tell me he could get the tires there in a couple of hours. He was even willing to stay late to get them out on. Unfortunately the tow truck took forever and we had to wait until the next morning. But that wasn’t his fault. He got my husband right in first thing and got him back on the road. Eli is top notch for customer service!

Nancy uAfter making the appt on Monday for a Tuesday 430 appt, I walked in and Eli asked if I could come back another time! NO! No one called me to ask if I could change my appt. He said no problem, we can fit you in. Good, cause I had an appt. After getting an oil change, my gauge still reads that i am at 14%. I have gone to tire discounters because of the good customer service and paid more, vs getting things done at Walmart or the dealership. The past couple of times, I have walked away not feeling impressed.

Len, CThe work was good, but I waited for the alignment after having the new tires installed. They didn’t get the alignment done that day. I had to come back the next day. My complaint is not communicating to me that they could not get it done the first day. I was in the waiting room. I would rather know and be able to schedule the next day or and leave and come back.

Darryl BWonderful services from Matt and Elie and juilian. Not a long wait. They were polite and professional. I loved it.

RandyI took my Jeep in for brake pads a few weeks ago. I was told that I also needed rotors. They were nice enough to offer a discounted cost for all of this. However, after the work, there was a loud scrapping sound. I took it back in and they addressed the issue. I took it home only to find that now the brakes squeaked with each braking! I took it in again and they addressed the problem fully and completely. Now my brakes act and sound as they should. While I did not enjoy the job not being done well the first time, I do appreciate the service from these gentlemen. They were always cheerful and held their position that no matter what, "we will make it right!" They could have dismissed me and my repeated problem, but Kevin, Michael, Eli and others remained courteous and helpful. And the Tech who finally fixed my brake problem did a really nice job.
