He was extremely professional and accommodating in our dealings and went above and beyond to honor a coupon and also inform me of an unrelated issue on my car. He took the time to put it on a lift and show me what was broken and how to fix it. Also want to mention the service tech, Jake, and the work he did. He was likely the one who found the issue with a thorough inspection of the car even though I was just receiving an oil change and he was very nice in helping show the issue and how to remedy it.
