Eli went out of his way to call me back to tell me he could get the tires there in a couple of hours. He was even willing to stay late to get them out on. Unfortunately the tow truck took forever and we had to wait until the next morning. But that wasn’t his fault. He got my husband right in first thing and got him back on the road. I have gone to tire discounters because of the good customer service and paid more, vs getting things done at Walmart or the dealership. I was told that I also needed rotors. They were nice enough to offer a discounted cost for all of this. However, after the work, there was a loud scrapping sound. I took it back in and they addressed the issue. I took it home only to find that now the brakes squeaked with each braking! I took it in again and they addressed the problem fully and completely. Now my brakes act and sound as they should. While I did not enjoy the job not being done well the first time, I do appreciate the service from these gentlemen. They were always cheerful and held their position that no matter what, "we will make it right!" They could have dismissed me and my repeated problem, but Kevin, Michael, Eli and others remained courteous and helpful. Made an appointment to have my transmission fluid checked and linkage days in advance. When I brought it in, this guy couldn't be bothered. There's no dipstick so fluid needs to be drained. He didn't want to take the plastic cover off my engine. Guess it was too hard for him. Funny thing is that they did plenty of work on my car in the past and the staff I dealt with then had no problem getting into the engine. Was willing to pay for it. Would not recommend going with the new management. They can't be bothered. Horrible service. Will go elsewhere for tires and other services going forward. If I could rate zero stars, I would. The person at the front said he would get me in and out as quickly as he could. I was very happy to wait. The technician completed my repair and parked my truck in the lot, handed my packet with keys to the front desk guy. I waited at least 20 more minutes while the guy stood at the desk waiting on my truck. After several customers came in and left, I finally got up and asked if my truck was ready and why it had sat so long before checking me out. First he rudely said he had several customers he had to check in. I told him my truck was sitting there at least 15 minutes before the customers came in. Then, with a real attitude, he said they had to do something in the back to check everything out on my vehicle. He gave me my total and I asked to see the paperwork laying on the desk. He grabbed it out of my hand and said that it was his copy, not mine.
