I called this location first thing in the morning and the Service Tech that answered my call took time to locate the exact tire I needed and assured me that they could complete my repair while I was attending my daughter's soccer game. The exceptional customer service didn't stop there. Not only did they complete my repair in the time I was quoted, but the district manager took the time to review everything they did to further inspect my vehicle while it was there, give me all of the details I needed to follow up with my dealership to re-mount my spare tire after they encountered an issue with it, and assured me they would get me back on the road again if I was ever in town again. One of the tire pressure was 27, other three being 37. We stopped at the store and they put the air for us. When we came back from the trip, we went back to the shop. They patched the tire without charging us even though we didn’t buy tires from them. The general manager, service manager, all the staffs and actual people who working at the back, we had to chance to meet them. The all are professional, polite and treat you as their own family. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Even though they were short staffed they still got me in early!
Matt (The Tech that was doing my oil change) inspected my car and let me know that I was in need of sway bar links. Matt recommended that I get them changed before my next oil change as they are on their way out. With my car having 200k miles on it, I expected it. Matt checked everything else and didn't find any other issues.
Matt had me fixed up and out the door within 40 minutes! Travis rang me out and asked me to call the shop to schedule the link replacement as soon as I have time. Travis is always friendly and very professional! He and his team make me want come back for all my vehicle service needs.

I called the other day to make an appointment for a repair for a screw in my tire. I spoke with GM Travis, he was very nice and told me to bring it that afternoon. He was still there when I brought my car in. They got me right in and he said that I needed a replacement. Thankfully I purchased the warranty because this was my 4th visit for the same issue.
