    Made a recent appointment with order for a single Westlake SU318 265/65R18 tire to replace an aged spare tire that is same SU318 tires installed on my 2011 F-150. When I arrived the sale associate seemed he couldn't find my appointment order and asked for my name and address. The spare tire rim is steel,slightly rusty, barely used but has no signs of damage. The first problem is that I was sold a higher priced MileStar Patagonia ATR tire not the requested Westlake SU318. Also to compound the issue the tire was not sealed on rim causing an air leak nor was the valve stem in rim replaced. Overnight the tire lost all pressure and is completely unusable.

    Needed tires for my pick-up. Called and talked to Travis, who found the set I needed. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was so impressed with the way the shop was run, I brought my second car in for an alignment and oil change. The previous alignment I got at competitor was never right, but Travis and his team at Tire Discounters got it right. They've got a new customer for auto maintenance now.

    I was in a bind traveling out of town for sports, when I got a flat tire. I called this location first thing in the morning and the Service Tech that answered my call took time to locate the exact tire I needed and assured me that they could complete my repair while I was attending my daughter's soccer game. The exceptional customer service didn't stop there. Not only did they complete my repair in the time I was quoted, but the district manager took the time to review everything they did to further inspect my vehicle while it was there, give me all of the details I needed to follow up with my dealership to re-mount my spare tire after they encountered an issue with it, and assured me they would get me back on the road again if I was ever in town again. The collective efforts of this team, had me back in commission with minimal disruption to my travel plans. I'm so appreciative!

    We were on the way to the airport and got the air pressure warning sign. One of the tire pressure was 27, other three being 37. We stopped at the store and they put the air for us. When we came back from the trip, we went back to the shop. They patched the tire without charging us even though we didn’t buy tires from them. The general manager, service manager, all the staffs and actual people who working at the back, we had to chance to meet them. The all are professional, polite and treat you as their own family. We are happy that we get to know them. Definitely you can trust them with your car needs! Thank you!

    I am from IL and was heading to Muncie to visit my nephew for family weekend with my 2 daughters. On the highway, I ran over something and it blew out my tire. Luckily, I was able to keep driving the car and I made it to TireDiscounters. Not only were they able to help me in a super timely fashion, the customer service was exceptional and made me and my daughters feel safe. Thank you to Mike Baldwin for taking care of us!

    The Tire Discounters team at 9150 Michigan Road are always on their game! I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Even though they were short staffed they still got me in early!

    Matt (The Tech that was doing my oil change) inspected my car and let me know that I was in need of sway bar links. Matt recommended that I get them changed before my next oil change as they are on their way out. With my car having 200k miles on it, I expected it. Matt checked everything else and didn't find any other issues.

    Matt had me fixed up and out the door within 40 minutes! Travis rang me out and asked me to call the shop to schedule the link replacement as soon as I have time. Travis is always friendly and very professional! He and his team make me want come back for all my vehicle service needs.

    I purchased 4 new tires here in March 2020. I called the other day to make an appointment for a repair for a screw in my tire. I spoke with GM Travis, he was very nice and told me to bring it that afternoon. He was still there when I brought my car in. They got me right in and he said that I needed a replacement. Thankfully I purchased the warranty because this was my 4th visit for the same issue. The customer service is was exceptional and I will continue to do business here when its time to purchase new tires again.

    I had the pleasure of speaking with Travis the GM of Michigan RD tire discounters. I live in Ky and love my Cold Springs location. I reached out to the Michigan Rd location because we are looking at a used car in that area. I called hoping they would be able to look at the used car before we purchased to make sure it is in good condition. Not knowing the area or this tire discounters wasn't sure what to expect. Travis was outstanding! We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. Very friendly! Happy to help and go above and beyond to make this happen for us even though its a busy Saturday.
