Stopped at Tire Discounters due to having a bolt stuck in my tire. I was told it would be about 45 min. to 1 hr wait. I decided to wait and my vehicle was ready in approx. 45 min. They were able to remove the bolt and patch my tire. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and bright. There was water and coffee available for customers. I called back in the afternoon , they kept checking on the tires & finally called me back & said the tires were in Detroit Michigan & They would be there the next day . The workers already had my car on the lift & broke down off tires off the wheels so I waited until the next day . I called in the am & they said let us check & call you back . I got a called back the tires were on their way & I finally picked up my vehicle the second day . When the tires didn’t come in the first day tire Discounters said they would give me a discount on my bill . Originally the bill total after taxes were 685.00 & after was 389.00 with a 3 Yr tire warranty . 🤷♂️
My staggered fit tires , my right rear tire was worn to metal on one side of the tire . The guy said they would look at it to see what’s causing it and they never did tire was put on gave me a warranty and that was it. I was probably one of theost difficult customers to deal with (not by choice but by my complicated request).
Cedric is the epitome of leadership and customer service, and Steve ensured that all my needs were met above and beyond expectations.
I typically shop around for my tire needs and I always end up back at Tire Discounters.
They even get you an Uber to your house if you have to leave your vehicle and have an Uber pick you up when it's ready!

I came into tire discounters this past Saturday for a Oil Change, Alignment & brand new set of tires. Two days after my tire installation my tire was loosing air, I rode over a speed bump and the lip of the tire completely came undone and starting leaking out all the air. I attempted to drive the car back to tire discounters because I had no spare and the rubber was under my tire. As I was driving I ran over a pit hole and according to the Rockville branch my rim got cracked while I was driving. I attempted to rationalize with the store manager that the rim was unprotected due to my tire not being installed correctly to beging with. My tires were two days old and leaking air already because the tire wasn't sealed correctly. I was also told that during a oil change that all the fluids are topped off. When I went to pull off I opened my hood and my fluids had not been touched, I had to call a tech from the bay to look at it and fill my fluids. This was incompetence at it's finest, from my tire installation to my oil change. Now I'm being asked to have my own rim fixed that was cracked as a result of the neglegance from a person representing your company. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. They did install the tires I selected and properly torqued the lug nuts. Everything else was thoroughly incompetent. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.
They made errors in scheduling the appointment.
Tires were dangerously over-inflated (45 psi!!!).
They attempted to sell me tie rod replacements I didn't need.
They tried to impress me with technical facts about suspensions that are blatantly untrue.
Their own alignment report showed that they didn't complete the front-end alignment. When I returned to the shop to complain, they wanted to charge me an additional fee to complete it. When I wouldn't agree, they put my car on the alignment machine and jiggered the measurement until they were "in spec".

They called me the day before to tell me they were suspending valet pickup but I could bring my car in myself, so I set up an appointment for the very next day. They sent me an email the next morning reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the store was closed (even though the large neon Open sign was on) and they had modified their hours without notice. I had to call to find out that the store was opening later and to reschedule my appointment. The front end alignment was a little tough due to rusty nuts and rods. Imer, I believe that's his name, took the time to work on it to get everything perfectly aligned, including the steering wheel. My alignment took all day because he wanted it to be right and I appreciate that very much because my little girl is definitely worth it!
