    They wanted $60 ($30 ea) to mount 2 ATV Tires on wheels. That price was ridiculous just to mount 2 tires, I had the tires and wheels in hand, no balance needed just simply mount the tires. I left and went less than a half a mile up the road and got them mounted for $24 ($12 ea). It took them a few minutes. I used to be a regular customer as I have several trucks, trailers, and ATV’s. Never again.

    The lady in the office this morning was very rude to my grandmother and was talking down to her. She just bought tires from this store in June. Horrible customer service!!!

    I had come in last minute right before a long trip with a leaky tire. The crew got me in quick and fixed up and on my way. I really couldn't thank them enough!! They showed me what the problem was and kept reassuring me they'd have it fixed in no time. The smiles everyone shared there were contagious. Destiny really went above and beyond!

    I stopped into the Beech Grove location after one of your competitors said that the slow leak in my left rear tire could not be repaired and a brake job was needed ASAP. Not only did you fix the leak (it was actually two separate nails that were the cause) gratis, confirmed my brakes were in perfect working order and got a full preventative maintenance check. You could have nailed me for 4 new tires and a brake job and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. I’ve done nothing but sing your praises since. Consider me a new loyal customer.

    If you have ever driven in Indiana or live here, you know Indiana is pothole heaven. We blew a tire completely and just decided to get all the tires replaced. This place is reasonably priced and comes with a free alignment. Even if we had just bought one, we would have gotten this done. From the first call to pickup they really make you feel like they have known you forever, though we just met!
    I would highly suggest you run over to Tire Discounters and get your tires replaced and that free alignment before it runs out! I will be using this place for all my car needs. Breaks are next!

    Fast, friendly, professional service. Had never been to a Tire Discounters before but, should the need arise, I'll be back, for sure. Jared, the service manager, was exceptionally friendly, very helpful, and was able to accommodate my tire repair quickly. As I waited, I overheard quite a bit of interaction with a multitude of customers and he was just consistently super friendly. My car was done in less than an hour and I was back on my way.

    Very disappointed! The tires so far are fine, the alignment was a great added feature. My EXTREME disappointment is with my other car which i dropped off to get a rotate and rebalance. That car was scratched by one of the technicians when they got into the car and then they denied they ever touched my car... loren my sales rep on the phone told someone from corporate would be getting ahold of me to follow up on next steps to repair my car, to date 14 days later that hasnt happened. I am very disappointed in their owning up to damaging my car, which was not scratched. Why do the techs wear a pouch on their belts with metal exposed? I have bought 3 sets of tires in the last 15 months from this company and this may have been the last. The prices are not any better than anyone else, the single stop for an alignment and tires is great, but i will go back to making 2 stops in the future.

    Employee by the Name of Alex quoted me certain prices and told me y’all price matched. I later came back to get tires and Amanda L an employee there said she was not able to price match and that Alex wasn’t trained correctly. She was very rude and careless. Kevin Gall is the store manager was also there and seemed not to care also. Train your employees correctly so problems like this won’t happen. Very distasteful.

    Customer service was great, the time for waiting was ridiculous, I was told an hour and a half to put on 4 tires. After an hour and 45 minutes one tire was done. Was told that it would be done in another hour. Therefore making me late for work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
