That price was ridiculous just to mount 2 tires, I had the tires and wheels in hand, no balance needed just simply mount the tires. I left and went less than a half a mile up the road and got them mounted for $24 ($12 ea). It took them a few minutes. I used to be a regular customer as I have several trucks, trailers, and ATV’s. Not only did you fix the leak (it was actually two separate nails that were the cause) gratis, confirmed my brakes were in perfect working order and got a full preventative maintenance check. You could have nailed me for 4 new tires and a brake job and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. I’ve done nothing but sing your praises since. We blew a tire completely and just decided to get all the tires replaced. This place is reasonably priced and comes with a free alignment. Even if we had just bought one, we would have gotten this done. From the first call to pickup they really make you feel like they have known you forever, though we just met!
I would highly suggest you run over to Tire Discounters and get your tires replaced and that free alignment before it runs out! I will be using this place for all my car needs. My EXTREME disappointment is with my other car which i dropped off to get a rotate and rebalance. That car was scratched by one of the technicians when they got into the car and then they denied they ever touched my car... loren my sales rep on the phone told someone from corporate would be getting ahold of me to follow up on next steps to repair my car, to date 14 days later that hasnt happened. I am very disappointed in their owning up to damaging my car, which was not scratched. Why do the techs wear a pouch on their belts with metal exposed? I have bought 3 sets of tires in the last 15 months from this company and this may have been the last.
