Asked them at the counter to change the TPMS sensors. The guy at the counter told me my car didn’t have sensors. I informed him it in fact does and please change them. I picked up the car and asked about the sensors, they were not change. The next day the air pressure indicator light up on my dash. I had never had false readings with them before. I had to take the car back several times to reset the low tire pressure warning.
Additionally during my initial two visits I asked for a quote for a set of rims and tires for my 4Runner. Both times my information was taken and I was told someone would call me. I never received one call.
I went to a competitor across the road and immediately got a quote on rims and tires, and had them installed on the agreed upon date and time.

The tires are wearing off so I went back to see if they can fix the issue and they just said didn’t have time for me at the moment and to go back on Monday. But they’re not going to be responsible for the wearing of the tires they will only recheck the alignment. That I’m going to be responsible for the tires. Not what they told me when I came to buy them. I then called Tire Discounters asking if they thought I could drive to them safely and I believe I spoke with Caleb (I hope that’s correct) and he said they would send someone right away to fill my tire with air so that I could then drive safely to them. I couldn’t believe how quick he was to offer to help! The gentleman showed up within a few minutes, filled my tire with air and I drove to their facility. They patched my tire quickly and everyone was SO kind. This was all free of charge by the way. My husband and I will be customers for life now because of this wonderful experience.
