Told us to be there at 8 am but did not touch our car for the first hour and a half. I guess our time is not important so very poor scheduling. No toilet paper or hand towels in the ladies room. Not at the end of the day but at 8 am so that is unacceptable for customers. - Rating 1.0September 9, 2023This use to be a reputable tire store to do business with when it was just Tire Barn. They were honest and personable and took care of their customers. Now that Tire Discounters have taken over this company be prepared to be taken advantage of. My parents have always been loyal customers of Tire Barn and have recently taken their truck in for service and was taken advantage of and no one made them aware of the transition. They did my husband’s truck and when he picked it up it was no better. He called and told them and they told him to bring it back. We dropped it off Thursday afternoon and he was told it would be done Friday…my husband called midway through Friday and they tell him they have too many “appointments” and a lot of people going out of town so they won’t get his truck done…..they wanted him to leave all weekend sitting so they could maybe get to it Monday. We opted out and picked the truck up. He then called and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. We dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and he picked up and it’s still not any better. They are incompetent in more than one way and inconsiderate of customers. Don’t waste your time here because that’s all they do is waste your time.
We took the truck to Firestone and they were astonished that the truck had ever had an alignment the numbers were so bad. We have been waiting on a refund for weeks and suddenly Angela is no longer at the shop. Avoid this scam of a shop. They don’t do anything.
Dan and Angela have 0 customer service whatsoever. Thank you for letting us know!Rating 1.0July 11, 2023Stay away from this place and Angela Fraser ! It's NOT the top notch family owned business it once was. I was charged an additional $15.00 for 'shop supplies' on on a wheel alignment, where no additional supplies were used. No grease, lubes, cleaners, rags etc. When I inquired about this additional charge I was told it was mandatory by Tire Discounters and Angela the 'manager' wanted to hear nothing I had to say after that. She would not let me finish a single thing I had to say, and hung up the phone on me 3 times.
Additionally, one alignment spec. was out of range and on my car and i was not informed about this until after my car was off the rack and the equipment put away. When i questioned this, i was told it would fixed at an additional charge !! What?
Im paying for an alignment, but I have to pay extra for a complete aligment (camber adjustment).
