    Had an appointment at 10, dropped it off at 8 due to scheduled activities. Was told at 1:30, we were next on the rack so it should be an hour and 15 minutes. Showed up at 3:15, and my car was still in the same packing spot. Totally understand being short staffed but the lack of communication, was beyond frustration. Also, my husband asked them to put air in the tire, which was not done.

    My mom was given an incredibly outrageous estimate at the local Dodge dealership. I called Anna and she and Joe and Dutch all worked hard to resolve her truck problems without any hesitation. They weren’t trying to take advantage and worked diligently to keep her safe. I’m always satisfied and grateful for their services. Great team!

    charged 80.00 for some valve stem cores, pack 10 cost 20.00. TMPS service kit. 4 X 9.99 then TD TPMS Sensor 4 X 9.99. told them not to replace sensors. At the store when I asked, I was told TPMS sensors were not replaced.

    I have taken my truck and my wife’s explorer to get tires. I figured out that if don’t don’t spend at least a thousand dollars they will find stuff wrong with the vehicle. So I thought that I was getting a deal on tires but ended up looking.

    Had to go on a long trip up north last winter and needed new tires for the icy road conditions I expected to hit. The team at this location was really helpful and friendly. Got my new tires installed in just a few hours and the manager went the extra mile by staying a few minutes after closing so I could pick up my truck the same day. Not sure if he does that all the time but I appreciated him helping me out when I had to work late that day myself. Kudos to the professionals at the Hampton Cove store!

    I received exemplarily service at this store. This was "old school" very courteous and professional, you don't see this very often anymore but this team is really good at it. This is what customer service should be and I know of a few companies here in town that could learn plenty from this group! I'll send everybody and anybody I can to this shop!

    I’m not one to complain but I am very irritated. This is the third time I’ve had issues with this location. The first time, my appointment was not actually scheduled in the system as I was told it was. I had to wait four hours because of this mistake. Just for an oil change. The second time, my vehicle was left there over the weekend because someone failed to call me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup before they left for the day. The same thing has happened today. I was told I would receive a call, and never did. Again.

    Why make an appointment if the few in front of you with no appointments are going in front of you a 9am appointment and arrival at 8:45 and your vehicle does not go back till 9:33 but 4 in front of you with no appointments paper work goes back at the same time as yours. Makes no sense!!!! They do a great job and the lady upfront is always very nice it just does not make good sense to make an appointment if this is how it’s going to go.

    Exemplary service! I walked in at 10:15 AM with a very low tire and within 45 minutes, they had my tire fixed and I was on my way home. The young man working the front desk as well as my service technician were very professional to me. I was updated throughout my time in the waiting room and the cameras were nice as I could see what was going on in the shop area. I will definitely return to this store for my tire/repair needs!

    I dealt with Michael. He is a professional, and very attentive to ensure I was 100% satisfied. They inspected my flat, showed it to me and we agreed it was non-repairable. No charge. I have a high-end auto. They found the required tire at another location, set me up with a noon appointment the next day and in 35 minutes I was a 100% satisfied customer Great experience!
