    Had an appointment at 10, dropped it off at 8 due to scheduled activities. Was told at 1:30, we were next on the rack so it should be an hour and 15 minutes. Showed up at 3:15, and my car was still in the same packing spot. Totally understand being short staffed but the lack of communication, was beyond frustration. Also, my husband asked them to put air in the tire, which was not done.

    My mom was given an incredibly outrageous estimate at the local Dodge dealership. I called Anna and she and Joe and Dutch all worked hard to resolve her truck problems without any hesitation.     charged 80.00 for some valve stem cores, pack 10 cost 20.00. TMPS service kit. 4 X 9.99 then TD TPMS Sensor 4 X 9.99. told them not to replace sensors. At the store when I asked, I was told TPMS sensors were not replaced.

    I have taken my truck and my wife’s explorer to get tires. I figured out that if don’t don’t spend at least a thousand dollars they will find stuff wrong with the vehicle. So I thought that I was getting a deal on tires but ended up looking.

    Had to go on a long trip up north last winter and needed new tires for the icy road conditions I expected to hit. The team at this location was really helpful and friendly. Got my new tires installed in just a few hours and the manager went the extra mile by staying a few minutes after closing so I could pick up my truck the same day. Not sure if he does that all the time but I appreciated him helping me out when I had to work late that day myself. Kudos to the professionals at the Hampton Cove store!
