Before my appointment they called and said they didn't have the tires I wanted so I went with my second choice. The morning of my appointment they told me they ordered the wrong size tire, but they corrected it. I was given prices on tires, road hazard and discounts for using their credit card the morning of my appointment. When I picked my car up the cost of the road hazard was higher and they said I hadn't spent enough money to get the discount for using their credit card. I just paid them but it doesn't end there. I got in my car and they had left the plastic cover on the seat and the paper mat on the floor. I'm glad they used them but they should have taken them out when they were done. When I starting my car I got a low tire pressure warning, they hadn't put the correct amount of air in the tires. I had to pull up to the bay and get them to air up all the tires to the proper pressure. So I get the new battery & it resets my entire car. My automatic windows won’t roll up & my radio WILL NOT turn on. They refuse to fix/replace it even though it was done by them when they put their overly expensive battery in. While her car was up in the air getting new tires, they talked her into an almost $200 battery and when they put it in, it’s screwed up her radio and her back camera and they refused to fix it refused!!
