Sat there a watched a few others that got there after me get worked on finally got tires put on but they was trying to close a couldn’t do the alignment so they gave me a coupon to come back. Contact was made with the store and the price quoted was different than the online price. A request was made for the store manager to call but he never returned the call. A trip was made to the store after waiting two (2) hours for the manager to call. The manager quoted a price different than what the sales manager quoted. After pointing this out, the manager stated he did not include tax. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the store not contacting to schedule the purchase of four (4) tires, price being different than what the online price showed, and the unprofessional attitude of the manager, I purchased the tires from another location. I heard several times about corporate.
