    Great Service. I recently had a flat tire on my new Tesla Model Y. My mechanic of 20 years would not touch it, but Shawn, the General Manager at Eavers, had previous experience with repairing Teslas. He personally did the work. This was a big help to me, as my other option would have been to tow the EV to the Tesla Service center in Richmond. Needless to say, I will be back at Eavers Tires (Fishersville) in 6000 miles when my Tesla is due for tire rotation.

    Excellent service by the whole team. My quote was done right, no changes by the time service was completed and very happy service was completed by the time Shawn told me it would be.     Zero stars if i could. Dropped car off at 708 this morning for inspection. Returned at 1130 to pick up. The guy says he didnt have me in the system to call me. Unless its finished....there is no need to call especially when my car had not even moved! I had a friend who arrived for an inspection right after me who got done in short order. I guess when you arent in the system they just ignore you.
    Well, you can bet they will never see a penny from me!
    Tire pros, im sure you will just respond to this just like the rest of the negative ratings you have gotten.

    Dropped my car off yesterday for an oil change and front end alignment. Both times I dealt with Robert. He has great customer service and great ability to multitask. He was the bomb answering phone, writing up my ticket, Helping a guy in the back. Made my experience worth it! Thank you guys!

    Had the oil changed in our 2014 Edge today. The Edge was definitely driven thru mud that covered the front license plate and mud splattered all over the front of the car. We did not have that mud on it when we bought it in because I checked my home camera and the mud was not on there.

    Picked up my suburban less than an hour ago. I was told it was good to go after a trans flush. I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before it was making the same noise, and gave me the same problems I had before my $194. Ive been coming here for years and they never did me wrong until today. I heard bad things about the service since the “other company” bought Eavers. You should all be ashamed.

    I bought tires there & about 2 weeks later noticed a weird noise coming from
    The back of the car. After a few days the noise stopped, then came back again. It was a weekend so I had my dad check it out until I could get back Into the shop. Upon looking at things he noticed that both back tires had all of the lug nuts loose, 1 was so loose that it could be taken off without any tools. I took the car in Monday morning & let them know what was going on & the guy acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. On the paper I received the day I got the tires it listed someone who torqued the tires & the same person “verified” that it was done. That right there was the initial mistake. It should be a separate person checking/verifying the work. This could have been a whole different situation had I not had it looked at when I did.

    Had a appointment today at 10:00am to get 4 tires mount, balanced and installed and a front end alignment. Told the guy when I made the appointment I would wait on the truck to be done and he said it would be 2-3 hours so I was prepared for that. Where you all got the 1 star review is that I got there at 9:45am and did not leave until a little after 2:00pm which made me late for my second shift job as well. No sense of urgency or caring that I was there in the waiting room in clear view of 3 counter workers and they were ok with me waiting for over 4 hours. Your a tire shop that’s ridiculous!!!! Never offered a apology or anything. Been going here for a long time getting different vehicles worked on my last 2 experiences recently has only made me think more about taking my business elsewhere.

    I was very pleased they stood behind their warranty when my front rotors needed replaced again within 10 months. I did notice a different vibe at the front desk and over the phone which seemed less friendly.

    Went in for an inspection. Told me wipers needed replaced and were forcing me to buy wipers from them or be rejected. My wipers were in good condition. I accepted their rejection and replaced them myself. I felt they were trying to extort money from me. The service tech was loud and rude trying to embarrass me in front of other customers. Been a customer for over 20 years will never use either shop again.
