I have bought new tires for my car and truck within the last year and a half, over $2500. You think they could at least scheduled an appointment to start at a reasonable time. Passed this store on the way to Windrock Park and stopped to see if they would swap it out for me. They put a tech on it it right away and didn't even charge me. I didn't do that and several months later noticed I didn't have it. When I called them about it, they said they keep unclaimed tires a few months, then dispose of them. I was a bit surprised they didn't call to see if I had it at the close of business that day, since I'm sure they had at least one extra wheel in the shop then. It has become a difficult task to replace it.
