The store manager said he would replace the spare tire to make it right by ordering a new one from a local Ford dealership in Nashville. That was three months ago and I keep getting the run around when I ask when the replacement is going to be come in. I called the local Ford dealership and was told it would only take a 3 days or less to get a replacement. The store manager does not have an answer on why I haven't gotten my replacement yet. Upon leaving and driving her car, she discovered that one of the Lug-nuts was missing. She returned to tire discounters to have them fix their mistake, only to have them keep her car, and call her to tell her that they “ somehow have an issue with her steering” and inconvenience her by providing an unreliable Uber. Where the Uber drivers continuously canceled the Uber rides so, that she could get to and from work. Now on day six they have lost her keys. I called the company to ask, how would they accommodate my daughter with the inconvenience that they have caused her? Also, the mental stress that they caused her and I was told that they have accommodated her with the Uber. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this tire shop due to poor service and them damaging peoples vehicles to the point of it being very dangerous for them to drive. They never told us of this and sent us on our way. A week later, we noticed the missing bolts and called. At that time, the manager advised that one of the two bolts was already rusted so they would repair it but we have to pay for it. They did cover the cost of the other bolt repair, but they should have covered the cost of both. I bought four new tires from this company and not only did they not install them correctly, after three separate attempts to get one of my tire pressure censors online they were unable to. They sent me to the dealership to have this issue resolved and saddled me with the entire bill when they deemed it to cost "too much". I was stranded at the dealership having to pay out of my own pocket for the issue they created after doing everything they told me to do. - Rating 1.0January 18, 2024Took 15 minutes to figure out where my keys were so that i could leave. Told me I needed a bunch of services I did not need. All of them were done about 6,000 miles ago. When I explained that, she told me how long she had worked at Valvoline; knew what she was talking about, etc. What they didn't do, however, is what I took the car for. THe manager explained that they could not balance the tires without checking the air pressure because the machine wouldn't let them. Well, the low tire light is still on and all tires are low. So did they check them, rotate them, balance them? Who knows. Hopefully they at least changed the oil. I won't be back to this store.
