I called a few minutes later and she told me to come around 3-4. I arrive at the location and they give me nothing but excuses (instead of solutions) on why they can’t get to my car. Also, not once did she inform me that the location would be closing at 4. Why would you direct someone to come close to closing time? - Rating 1.0June 19, 2022On June 11 I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to have a set of 4 tires on my car which also included the free alignment. The alignment was not done at the time due delay issues they were having, I have a coupon for the alignment. Within less than 50 miles of driving the low tire pressure light came on along with the message "tire pressure sensor fault".
I made an appointment for June 18, 9:00 a.m. to have this checked, the manager informed me I needed to pay for a replacement valve plus labor. He offered no compromise on the cost, instead he insisted it was no fault on their part and I needed to pay for the repair. I declined the repair, as I had no issues with the sensors prior to the tires being replaced and felt I shouldn’t have to pay for it.
I told him I’d be contacting corporate regarding this, he told me to go ahead then proceeded to tell me I would no longer be allowed on any Tire Discounters property anywhere because of my attitude and this would be noted in corporate records.

My car was finished at 6pm so I don't understand the delay at all!! Is this location short-staffed?? Very disappointed that it took so long. I also lost a hubcap when I left your shop and it ended up on Gallatin Road. One hubcap fell off as I was leaving and they couldn't get the other hubcap to stay on at all !! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this Tire Discounters location. Tires replaced on a Saturday. Store closed on Sunday. Appears the valve stems were not installed properly. Hope TD can fix these issues. I’m very disappointed. Additionally half the lug nut covers were hanging off.
