He suggested coming by the shop to see the tires available and compare them, so I could make a more informed decision. He spent a great deal of time explaining each feature, answering my questions, and giving me space to make an unpressured decision. I made my choice and sat in the lobby to wait.
During installation, Allen came into the waiting area to explain that the nut attached to the tire pressure sensor was stuck (because my tires was so overdue to be changed) on both rear tires and there was the possibility the sensors could be damaged in the process. Gratefully, all worked out well in the end, and I have a set of Nexens that I'm incredibly pleased with! Take care and we will see ya again when you need us.Rating 5.0April 8, 2023I’ve been to 4 stores in the area over the last year trying to get my alignment right on my Tahoe and I’ve never had anyone take me out and show me where my lower control arms are going bad and it’s literally the only thing I haven’t replaced on my 2008 Tahoe. I appreciated how the manager took me out there to show me exactly where my ball joints were leaking. I know I’m picky about customer service because it’s truly hard to find now days but the manger there today was absolutely great quality and you can tell he has good character too!!!
