We're changing the tires for free but "found" other issues that we didn't have before they had changed the last set of tires and it ended up being just as expensive as buying another pair of tires. Feels like there was some cost recovery there for things that were most likely caused by them. Jacob was so pleasant on the phone when we called to inquire about tire availability. We were so excited that his location had our tire in stock. The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival, quickly checked us in, replaced our tire quickly, and got us back on the road so that we could make our concert in time! They had to replace the bolt with a larger sized 17mm bolt plug. Now they (Jacob Coverdale Gen Mgr) claim this indenting of the tank could not have been them and that that is not how it looked when it left. They didn't even take time to look at the vehicle, yet denied it. They were the only ones to have touched it the last two oil changes. There is nothing else damaged around it. It sits under an engine covering shield, which helps keep road debris out. I am having to push this further up to corporate because they will not fix their damage. They told me to go a dealership instead. I just happened to go to do my oil change earlier than required and noticed. One of the things they did was brew half a pot of hot water! (I wanted to dilute my coffee.)
