- Rating 4.0December 2, 2022Had 4 tires installed on my Honda CRV. After the low pressure light came on and when I asked them about it they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to take it to a shop that deals in Hondas. As it turns out it was simply a reset button that needed reset. Technicians should be familiar with the cars they are working on. Especially when It involves tires. Been a long time customer and this is the first time I’ve been lead astray. Disappointed since I spent over $1200, could have at least reset the low tire message or at the very least told me that it was meerly a reset button in my vehicle settings!
12/18/22 update:
Talked to a district manager who apologized and indicated they have corrected the situation. Rick called me back to let me know not only were my brakes out but , my fuel line was leaking and they didn't feel comfortable working on gas lines and recommended someone . Rick was kind enough to drive my car in its terrible condition to the dealership for me . I highly recommend this particular shop .

Last time I had this done they charge by the rotor not a hour charge! $110 for the hour, $9.90 should fee, then of course tax. The guy at the counter could have guided me to O’Reilly’s who could have turned them for $12 a rotor! I was robbed. I could have gotten 2 new ones for a little more with a warranty! They tested the battery and pointed out it didn't need to be replaced. I subsequently discovered my daughter left on an interior light on and that's why she needed a jump start. In the process of rotating the tires they discovered a damaged tire. My daughter confirmed she hit a large pot hole. Many thanks to John for his honesty and the excellent job of the mechanics.
