Had 10AM Appointment and when we got there the guy said there was at least 15 or more cars ahead of us. We left the car and it didn't get completed until 4:30PM. When asking why they accepted the appointment or didn't push off other cars that didn't have an appointment, he gave absolutely no response. My advice is if you have an appointment, confirm they will provide service in a timely manner.
I was happy with the outcome and they were price competitive ... As if Im not already having a hard enough time with someone slashing my tires, I had my car towed to this establishment in hopes in just dealing with the issue and moving on, but no. They replaced the one back tire that was obviously not fixable. I had the other back tire that was low, and asked them to test it for a leak. They told me that it was fine and didnt need replaced. So after paying 250.00 for ONE tire I left. Well, the next morning, guess who had a flat tire with the tire that they tested but swore it was fine? I DID. So then, I had filled the tire up, and drove it to Monroe down the street. When my mother called and asked what kind of tire we purchased they told her what kind it was. Oh, but then I get a phone call AFTER she purchases the tire - that they told her the wrong type of tire.
