After being told my service was complete. They didn't balance my tires like I told them to do. I had to wait an half hour longer for them to balance the tires. The manager never once apologized for the screw up. The manager questioned me about whether or not they needed to be balance. When I bought the tires, I was quaranted life time balancing. Up until this visit, they have been good to me. I have to purchase new tires for two cars. - Rating 5.0April 7, 2017Chase + crew excellent customer service and the best mechanical service of any TD I have been to in the tristate, including Monroe, Middletown, Springdale, others. Promised he would stay late on a Saturday to make sure my needs (nothing catastrophic) would be taken care of and meant it, but I let that pass and came back another time, though the effort was sincere and I appreciated it. Long ago, I brought my beat up old Kia here after other TD's had betrayed me, and they had a manager in that car up and down 71 to make it reproduce the problem, and it did. They even found a popping sway bar linkage and double bolted it for me without me even having to ask or pay! That is service beyond.
Go to this location (specifically, not just TD in general) if you want your balancing and alignments done right on the first try. I don't trust any other store anymore for the same. Buttery smooth at 80 again. They warranty alignment for 6 months but you won't need to be back before 12. Gotta love the free rotation and balancing especially for the quality of the work done, it almost feels like robbing the place.Tire DiscountersApril 12, 2017We will definitely send Chase and crew a big shoutout.
