i brought it in on 2 separate occasions to get it fixed/replaced. both times they said they fixed it. today that same tire completely fell apart on the highway.
took it back to get it replaced because it was obviously faulty.
guy at the front was super rude and told me i have to pay for it or they are going to put the spare on.

My car didn’t go into the bay until after 5 PM and I was there until 6:30 PM. Thank you and stay safe!Rating 1.0October 6, 2022I brought a car in for a used car inspection ( i was the seller ) the diagnosis was it needed 1000 to 2000 worth of work timing belt water pump spark plugs etc .The inspection report had no information none on it we asked for a print out of what they found they would not or could not provide it so we took pics of the hand held scanner that showed the codes some misfires sensors etc ,which if we had done the recomended work would not have been replaced . I took the car home replaced the vvt solenoid and an air fuel ratio sensor took 20 min work and took me 2 hours to diagnose and completely fixed the problem .Either part would not have been replaced in the work that they only verbally quoted with no written estimate.
