They promised that the work could be done that day and Gabe, the mechanic, stayed until almost 8pm getting it done. He also took the time to explain the issue and what he did to test it. I had a few alert lights on and he promised to take care of them the next day if they didn’t go out. Sure enough the next day he went out of his way to figure out the nuances of my car and get the alerts reset; all with a smile on his face. Gabe is truly an asset to Tire Discounters and a huge reason why I will be returning in the future. Today’s visit involved me having to get a new tire put on. I’ve been losing air for several weeks and this tire, three times I visited your store and had air put in it. Today was concerning Since I could see where it was becoming flatter. I decided it needed to be looked at this time. Thank goodness that Rufus was there. I’ve used your store several times over the course of the years and most of the time my interaction has been with him. You are very lucky to have an employee as dedicated and good at his customer service skills as Rufus is. I am in the service industry, in my job and people can be very, very cruel. Usually the only ones that give reviews are those people that want to complain. We need to start changing that and take our time to give the good reviews. Rufus searched for the right tire I needed. It wasn’t at your store so he called another store near by, he said they would run and get it for me. Unfortunately, the one tire the store said they had in stock was no longer available. He then researched and found a different tire that would fit my truck and said once my other three tires needed to be replaced, this would be more easy for us to access than the previous one. That right there tells me that he was thinking about what was best for me and it wasn’t best for me to drive away in my truck with the tire that was on. I’m beyond satisfied and will always continue to use the Marburg store and hoping that Rufus will always be there. Good employees like Rufus are well worth keeping around. I am a diabetic so I did eat before I went I thought I would be in & out. I didn’t leave until 1:45. This is unexceptionable service no apology or anything. No discount or anything. I will not be returning to that store anymore. I will also be calling the corporate office. - Rating 1.0October 21, 2024Was in an Enterprise rental car and got a flat and was instructed to go to a Tire Discounters location. Contacted the Oakley, OH location and were informed if we come in right now they'll get right to us. Arrived was told they had to get approval at 3:35pm. At 3:45pm I was told they received approval from Enterprise. 2 hours passed and asked if the car would be ready to fixed. Gentleman in a Cleveland hat told me they are waiting on approval, caught him in a lie and mentioned we were told it was approved. Instead of apologizing and saying he was mistaken , he snapped at us and said , they were backed up and , " You're just going to have to wait"
It feels like you got the money approved and customer service didn't matter after that .

I had them repair the vehicle which took almost 2 weeks that's fine. But when I got my car back there was damage on the front bumper, which wasn't there before. They are trying to tell me it was like that and it's my fault. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not gonna drive my car while the front bumper isn't even all the way attached. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for it and fix it but now I may have to take it to court because they don't want to right their wrong. I had already paid them $2,800 for what they repaired only to have them give me my car back damaged and blame me.
