    This post goes back about a yr. Prior to this last experience I had nothing but HIGH PRAISE for T tires! But something changed the way they do business or should I say "NO LONGER". Simply put they tried to RIP ME OFF( I know lots about cars) & a simple LOOSE suspension NUT would have turned into a $1200 estimate. They visually showed me it, said I needed all new parts(worn out) on drivers side, at the time I agreed/setup appt./before I left asked" aren't you going to tighten it up", answer= won't make a difference.
    Well, that's all I did when I went home & it's been OK ever since(over a yr or two now). Reason they didn't tighten it was it would fix the problem & THEY knew it!
    Returned that week to complain to the new manager....long story short, didn't believe his answers either. Never gone back & never will. So all of you who go there, THINK TWICE after reading this.

    New ownership is terrible been going there since I first got my truck. My very first oil change came from the old Taylor’s company. They refused to mount my tires wanted 34.00 a tire I do believe 140+ for 4 22 inch rims used to be a little over 80 dollars the new manager is terrible has huge ego working at a tire shop lol. Spent thousands of dollars at this place. Will never go back.

    I’m glad I checked the reviews before continuing doing business with the new Taylor’s.. I was a loyal customer of Tim and Scott’s for over twenty years. I think I’ll look elsewhere… Thank God for reviews…

    I wish we were able to not leave a star. I was a customer with the old Taylor’s Company for over 25 yrs…. This new company that’s come in is absolutely horrible. 3 hours for an oil change and only 3 people sitting in the waiting area. Another time I was told that it would take 2 hours before they could look at one of my tires…. I’ll never go there again. Everyone that I know says the same thing. They’ve lost tons of business!!! Don’t waste your time going there…..

    Probably the last trip to Taylor Tire. 20 plus years as a customer and no need to go back for poor service. Oil change and front tires plus motor mount replacement. Font end alignment as well. Truck retuned to me with three indicators on dash flashing. Two for traction control and check engine light. Asked about it at counter and was told they were already on. Nobody informed me. No lights on dash when I took it in. Offered no help and informed me they were too busy to look at it at that time. Asked for suggestions and was told to check elsewhere. What!!!

    Poor customer service for loyal customer, got there at 9:30a for an oil change on Saturday, I waited for 2 hours watched them do multiple other oil changes until I requested my keys back. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and this is how you reward loyal customers? I’ll never bring any of my fleet vehicles or personal vehicles back. When ownership changed I stuck with you guys but the is wholly unacceptable.

    Terrible! The OLD Taylor’s had all of my business for over 20 years & I referred everyone there when they needed tires or an oil change. I wish Tim & Scott were still the owners. It was sold last year and service is down and an oil change has doubled. Along with shady service charges. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My daughter just took her car there bc that’s all she’s known, not realizing the change of ownership. She was charged over $80 for a simple oil change which included a $30 service fee. Shady business now

    I sent a family member over to have a oil change. They looked at their text and read directly from it and ask for a synthetic blend oil change. The person that took the car in for service did not explain that they no longer do a synthetic blend, but only a full synthetic. They walked out with an $80 charge which is deceptive business practices. When I called back about this I was told they have signs up everywhere saying this. I explained that to someone not familiar with the terminology this is not something they would understand. I said at least they had our records from the last oil change and she said they weren’t Taylor’s anymore. Why do they still have Taylor signs up everywhere if not to try to gain business with the name. Their new website goes to a hacked site. This is the 3rd and last time that I have been there since the sale of Taylor’s and they no longer will receive any of my business. I will certainly let everyone that I speak to know how they are running their business now.

    Over the past five months, this company has told me that they put on two sets of spark plugs, first set was bad, new wires, a new battery,and a new starter. I had another shop to check behind Taylor Tire's work. So far, there has not been any new spark plugs, no new wires, and no new starter. The battery looks new. The shop is currently still going over their work. This shop , when they complete going over the truck, I will have this shop check out the work done on my other two cars. I will not use Taylor Tire ever again and nor will advise anyone to go there. Taylor Tire is not to be trusted with any work. The lie and DO NOT do any work they say they will do.

    Customer service sucks! They prices are outrageous. With the old Taylor's my oil change was 36.00 when they changed over my oil change went to 63.00 dollars. I took my car back within 3 months my oil change was 93.00 that is ridiculous. I will not be going back to that business ever again.

    Our family has been loyal customers for over 20 years but we will no longer be going here. The original owners were friendly, knowledgeable and gave the best deals in town. The new owners and employees are rude, have no knowledge and are overcharging even for simple oil changes. A simple oil change that cost me $25 with the old owners now cost me over $80. Nowhere else in town charges that much for an oil change. And when you question the cost, they get defensive and you won’t get a straight answer. Everything the old owners built has been ruined.

    To the new owners, you took the best tire store in the area and literally murdered it. I have 5 vehicles and 2 trailers, all my tires were purchased from Taylors for the last 25+ years. I’ve been back twice since the business changed hands. Your pricing is 20% higher than anywhere else. Why would you purchase a thriving business and intentionally try to destroy it?

    Worst experience ever. Never take your car here. They will mess your car up. Went in for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Sat there for 3 hours. I finally got up and asked if I had missed my name being called they said no. One minute later they said im sorry i thought you dropped it off. The guy then said we couldn't do the inspection because of equipment issues. Left and had to go right back 5 minutes later because tire pressure light came on and heard a noise. They took it with out even looking for anything. Just calibrated it. It was my splash gaurd that they didn't put back on properly. It was scrapping the ground until I arrived to show what they had done. It got messed up pretty bad. I had told them they should replace my part since they didn't put it on properly. They wouldn't do that. Just took it all damaged and screewed it back on. No im having to buy a new one. Not even sure if they changed my oil properly or not. Guess i have to get that rechanged as well. I will never go back to Taylor's and i will tell as many people as i know about my experience just so they don't have to go through the same situation.

    I wouldn’t give a star at all! I’ve been a customer of Taylor Tire since 2000. All 7 of my vehicles were serviced by then… Took my car in for a simple oil change and upon paying I find out that it was sold to a corporation and they would not honor my coupon. As a corporation buying from private owners you should still honor the coupons that were there prior to you obtaining the business. The guys at the front desk were rude. The prices increased significantly. The services was very slow and unorganized. I will not return.

    Change is not a good thing. Every reason I had to go to Taylor’s Tire is gone. Service is slow, the front desk people are not knowledgeable or wanting to help. They just have a group of children I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years always referred their work. This ends today, what a disappointment.

    This establishment is no longer owned by the former owners who sincerely took care of their customers! I have been a customer since 2014 I went in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and then the check my brakes. When I took my car in there were no lights on when I left my ABS brake light was on and so with my check engine light when I turned around and bought it back to them fault and refused to fix it unless I paid for it! The cost was about three $350-$400! Had I known the former owners were not here I would’ve never come back here, and I will never come back again. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. believe that this just happened. It was coincidental now my ABS light is on and will not go off until I replace that piece which can’t be replaced unless you buy the whole wheel bearing take your service elsewhere.
