Still fine. I get it things pop up sometimes. The tire gets “patched” and so I drive away. I get halfway to my location and my pressure light comes back on. I get to my location and check it out. I can literally hear air coming out of the tire. Literally watching it deflate. Somehow they turned a slow leak onto a complete flat. Each time we told them no to the service they wanted to perform, they called later to tell us something else was wrong and needed replaced. Needless to say, the whole process felt like a huge money grab. When we picked up the car, they told us they replaced one of the bearings for free. When we took it to another shop, they informed us that it was messed with but definitely not new. Thank you and stay safe!Rating 1.0April 29, 2023Went to store in whitestown IN store due to some vibration in the wheels, they said there is bend in the rim and need to replace two front rims and currently out of stock and need to order one and it may take couple of days once the rim is here we will call you but I didn’t get call for couple of weeks and then stop by on Saturday morning and they said due to staff shortages we missed to call you waited for 2 hours and said one of your car rim installed in some other car not sure who is that lucky guy have wrong rim in his car so went again today 04/29/2023 waited for 2 hours and got a good news my car is ready and paid balance amount amount of $133 in cash due to some mistake they made in the system. Came out checked the car don’t see any new rim is installed except the one which installed last week. When I checked with the person he checked all the four wheels and checked with the person who worked on the car and informed there is miscommunication in there team. Asked them to refund my money. Feel like they are wasting time and doubt that they don’t know what they are doing. Because I had checked their pressure before leaving the house, I knew that they had a bad seal between the rim and the tire (new tires). The people at the shop took in my car and fixed the problem (it was a bad seal issue) while I waited. This allowed me to keep going on my trip.
