Dylin, Dominic, and Joel all helped me as tires had to be ordered. They explained everything in a way I could understand, and encouraged me to come in for air as often as I needed to while waiting for the tires. When Chris saw me coming he had the air hose all ready. They offered me a free Uber when I dropped off and picked up the car, but I was only a little over a mile from home, so my dog and I walked. I’ve learned a bunch of stuff that I never wanted to know, but may need at sometime in the future. This is a place you can trust. Dominik was very apologetic and got me right in although I did not have an appointment. He replaced the front rotors as the product apparently was at fault but he also flush the brake fluid just in case that was the culprit of my problem. He did all of this cheerfully and with a can do attitude and kept me abreast of the progress while I waited. He brought me back through the shop to show me the problem and I noticed how clean the shop floor was plus all of the tools were clean. I had also noticed that how clean the waiting area was and the bathroom was spotless. - Rating 5.0August 19, 2023Well I called all over trying to find a shop for (2) new front tires, including the dealership I bought the car from. They called me back a few hours later and said the tires would have to be ordered and their prices were going to be at least 30% more expensive and to schedule an appointment. All my efforts were pure BS! So I called these guys and Dave said get it in right now and they would get it done, like right now! Gave me the basic rundown of cost and I said OK! I’m glad I did! Dom is the manager and he is from Noblesville. In my dealing with boys from Noblesville you will get nothing but honesty and over the top service, and that is exactly what I got! No BS, NONE!
I would like to say to you guys out there that know how things were in the past that are like me, I would never let my wife near these places because I know what kind of crap can happen. Not here folks, you will get nothing but honest work here and Dom will even give you a detailed and patient explanation of what needs to be done and why. So to close I would say you ladies out there really can trust not to get “robbed” here, honesty is everything and I would not hesitate to send my wife there if needed, and trust me that says alot! Take my truck for a oil change, tire rotation and balance. Showed up at 815am without an apt, but was told if I would leave the truck they could get it in within a couple hours, so that's what I done. At 1:05pm (almost 5 hours later) I called to check the status and was told that they have not got it in yet but it was next. At 4:15 pm they call to tell me it's finished but wanted to let me know they did not rotate the tires because the shoulders show uneven wear. My thought is that's the reason you get tire rotations, am I wrong? So i asked the man that very queation and his response was "well sometimes". They tell me that they pulled the wheels off and did a road force balance but put them back on the truck in the same place they were. Confused about what im being told, I'm unhappy with that but I figured I'll just rotate them myself as long as they got them balanced. I go to pick the truck up and there's not a single fingerprint in the dust and dirt on the wheels. I question them again on whether they did a balance and he said yes. How do you remove 24 lug nuts, balance the wheels and put them back on a truck and not get one single fingerprint in the dust and dirt especially around the lug nuts. Truth be told they never pulled the wheels off the truck at all. They never touched them. They lied straight to my face. I drove the truck home about 4 to 5 miles (tires definitely not balanced) and when I get home there's smoke rolling out from underneath my hood. Mind you this is a 2021 with 20,000 miles on it, not a single leak anywhere on it. Upon opening the hood I find oil has been spilled all over the side of the engine. Upon further investigation and looking underneath the truck i find that I have oil leaking from skid plates, frame rails, oil pan, and even off of the new oil filter. So much so, that it is blown back underneath of the truck while driving. My best guess is they did not use a funnel while refilling the oil therefore spilling it all over the place. I would have assumed they would have at least tried to clean it up but that is not the scenario. I didn't ask what was included in the oil change but I would have assumed that washer fluid would have been filled and tire pressure checked, after all they are a tire store. My instrument cluster still showed the washer fluid empty message. My instrument cluster also showed low tire pressure (32psi). Again if you balance the tires shouldn't you check for proper tire pressure 1st? When I called to discuss these issues, thier answer was bring it back up there and they would check into it. They had the truck for eight and a half hours, why should I have to go back up there so they can clean up something that should have never happened in the first place. I asked for the store manager but I was told he was in the back of the store and unavailable. I asked for the district manager's phone number and the gentleman I was speaking with said he would send it to me. I told him I prefer that he just tell it to me so I can write it down and call the district manager immediately. He said that he was with a customer and that if I would hold he would get the number for me so I did. About 3 to 4 minutes later he gets back on the phone and his first words were, "I just got off the phone with my district manager and he said you'll have to take it up with corporate". Once again I was lied to straight to my face he obviously was not with a customer he just put me on hold to call his district manager. After 8 1/2 hours of being lied to time and time again and not being able to speak with the store manager after requesting to talk to him I will be taking this up with corporate. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever had at any establishment for that matter. I wouldn't trust this location with a Hot Wheels car. They obviously don't care about their workmanship, they don't care about their customers, and they will just lie straight to your face. I would stop going to Tire Discounters if I didn't have tires that were still under warranty. I have been going here for two years and yet to be satisfied with customer service. One time I came to pick up my sons car which got 4 new tires. My wife went down the road to home and within a mile had a flat tire. We picked up a wheel weight in the tire and so we took it back to the store. I told we got a flat from tire weight we picked up in their parking lot. They definitely fixed my tire, but charged me for labor even though my tire was under warranty. They never apologized for me getting a flat in their parking lot. Recently I took my van in for a tire rotation and an alignment. It was pulling to the left. After they said the alignment was fixed I picked the van and instantly I discovered it was pulling to the right now. I called and complained and had to schedule appointment for a few days out because i needed the van. I asked the manager if he did a test drive and he said yes. Thats a total lie! Tyson Malone is a liar! He said to fix the new alignment problem they had to redo the tire rotation. Take the left rear to the right front. That makes no sense at all. My tires won't wear evenly. I believe they didn't do the tire rotation correctly the first time. So, I believe they just corrected their mistake from the first rotation. Oh, did i mention that Tyson Malone is a liar! Scheduled appointment at Westfield location for 8:00 am for a standard tire swap to the stock rims of my truck. When they were finished (2 hours, which I am totally fine with) I went to vehicle and low air pressure light was on in truck. Immediately went back in and reported to Tyson at front desk. Was told that the computer might be confused since the old rims/tpms sensors were in the bed of the truck. “Getting those out and driving around a little bit should reset that”. Drove home and noticed that when I was getting the old rims out that the they did not even have the tpms sensors on them. Drove around a little while longer and low pressure light was still on, also two of the new valve stem caps came off while driving. Immediately drove back to store and reported it to the person at the front desk, Tyson. They said they would look at it again. After looking at for awhile they said there is nothing wrong with the air pressure and said they can’t reset due to my OBD2 port being broken. Which I immediately called my trusted mechanic, since the vehicle was there less than a week ago. He stated that there is absolutely no way that happened when the vehicle was with him, and if it did he would have immediately told me and replaced, reported this to Tyson and he was just standing there with a blank look on his face. I then stated “What I am just supposed to live with this? The low pressure light was not on when I brought vehicle in and I expect the same when I leave”. He stated we will see what we can do. After another hour and half, was told that they are not sure if it’s their scanner tool or tpms sensors of my truck and was sent to Noblesville store.
