If you want cheap tires, I’m sure they do a good job. If you want higher quality tires- go some place else.
I had 4 Michelin Defenders put on my F150, but had vibrations in my tires from the day I left their shop. The reason for 2 stars is they tried, but it took 4 visits, two different set of brand new tires for them to tell me I had a bent rim. Didn’t have any issues before I got there, and the bent rim was on the inside- hmm.
I agreed to purchase a refurbished rim for them to order.
So on my 5th visit, they gave me an appointment at 4:00, and at 5:00, when I still hadn’t gotten my rim put on, I asked if there was a problem, they told me they allow walk ins- ok, so what’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to service me then- my time isn’t important?
Left the shop at 5:30, and the ride still doesn’t feel right. But, I’m done, not going back.

They done good work on my vehicle so I would say the mechanic is pretty good, but when it comes to screwing someone over on parts and labor this place is top notch. Two bolts that cost $12.39 each I was charged $131 for both. Labor that might of took a minute or two to change the bolts out, they charged me a full hour at $145. My bill shows a charge for a TPMS service kit which my vehicle doesn't have. I asked about the TPMS and the service tech gave me a discount of $20 which still leaves me on the hook paying for a portion of a service I didn't need. I asked the service tech and he said "that's how I get my guys paid" which is despicable. I picked up my wheels and tires yesterday and when I went to mount them this morning I noticed they haven't been balanced as there are no new wheel weights. Even though management has changed several times, the culture has remained consistent.
