Also, after I left the store and got on the highway, my low tire pressure light came on. ALL 4 of my tires were in the low 20s instead of the correct 32. I tried (like most people) shopping online using TIREDISCOUNTERS.com only to be told by the store they did not and could not get the tires I had selected. Then while on the phone and looking at the website trying to find a set of tires, found a set only to be told the price was higher. I questioned how could their prices be higher than their own website, was then told they would match the price. Keep in mind I chose the store (from the website) that I would be going to for installation. How is matching ones own website price supposed sound like a good thing? I also asked about a military discount and was told yes they do have military discounts. When I went to have my tires installed, I was shown an estimate for the tires and work to be performed. No military discount was present. After asking about this was told that since they price matched (your own price) I would not also get a military discount. I had a TPMS sensor installed, the price included tire dismount and remount. I was charged the full price even though I had purchased a full set of tires. Meaning with the tires I was paying for 4 dismount and remount then charged for an additional dismount and remount. So even though only 4 dismount and remounts were done I was charged for 5. As the tires were being mounted a mechanic asked if I would come out to the shop so he could show me some "issues" with my vehicle. The mechanic started telling me about tie-rod ends ball joints and wheel bearings that were going bad.I can appreciate informing a customer of issues effecting the safety of their vehicle, but none of these issues were replicated for me to witness. They then proceeded to tell me they would not align my vehicle unless these "issues" were corrected. I was then presented another estimate of over $3,000.00. No-one in the shop knew (nor was I obligated to tell them) I was trained and worked as an automotive and diesel technician over 40 years. Telling a customer that additional repairs (unneeded repairs) at 3 times the amount already being spent is just a plain deceptive practice and should be stopped. I feel fortunate I had the knowledge to catch this, I am concerned for how many customers do not. I am sure Marc runs a VERY profitable store, practices like this I can see why. People work way too hard to earn their money only to have businesses cheat them out of it.
These need to change.
1. Website needs to be current to supplies and prices at each store. Otherwise why have customers choose a store?

Upon arrival I was given several options for tires with recommendations according to my driving habits. I had them check the brakes as well. None were needed. I left and in 15 miles home my front tires were showing excessive uneven wear, my vehicle was so much worse than before I brought it to TD, which I paid a lot of money for. I looked and found parts had been broken by shop staff and they did not inform me before I left, which caused my bad tire wear in a short drive home. I went back the next Saturday to have everything fixed that they broke and that they did, but they left my lights on the whole time working on it and now my batteries are shot and won't charge back. if I want to drive my vehicle I have to jump it off every time. I use to manage at a similar franchise tire store for another brand and know how hard it is to meet customer expectations. This location was managed by a gentlemen name Tim who once at 530 on a Friday drive across Louisville to get me the specific set of tires I wanted as I was traveling Sat and wanted the new ones. He also beat everyone else's price in town after I called around. Melissa took over for Tim last spring and continues to exceed expectations. Just recently I needed new tires for my Sequoia. (Best price in town) When they were removing them, the center cap broke. At my old store we would have just charged them for a new one. They order a new one no charge. Then with this being my wife's car, I didn't realize that the steering wheel was slightly out of alignment follow the new tire alignment. 4 months later Melissa and her crew handed it no charge. The only downside to this TD location is that they are so busy because they do great work and care about there customer.
