We forgot to get the lug nut key at the time but they were super helpful and friendly when we stopped by months later and picked one up so we could rotate our tires. Was left on hold for 10 minutes then was told they would call me back. They close at 5:30 so I rode up there. Had not started on my truck nor the lady in front of me picking her car up. No one attempted to contact me that it wouldn’t be done today. I guess they were just gonna keep it another day and hope I didnt ask. Terrible customer service.
