- Rating 1.0February 21, 2024Dropped my truck off at 7:30 am for an oil change. I called at 5:10 pm to find out if it was ready. Was left on hold for 10 minutes then was told they would call me back. They close at 5:30 so I rode up there. Had not started on my truck nor the lady in front of me picking her car up. No one attempted to contact me that it wouldn’t be done today. I guess they were just gonna keep it another day and hope I didnt ask. Terrible customer service. Whenever I needed service, the guys at Porterfield were quick to respond. Since the change in ownership, the level of service is drastically different. I now need new tires for two of the cars and I will not be going to this company.
