- Rating 5.0September 19, 2024I came in Kedron Tires because I was having some issues with my car. They gave my car a full inspection and went over everything that was wrong with my car. They also fixed everything that was wrong with my car. I have since driven to Florida and back and it's still driving amazing. I would recommend this crew at this location to anyone. The entire crew is AMAZING. I've had the pleasure of knowing about four of them by name the first one is Eric who is very knowledgeable about cars. He has even listened to sounds on my phone that I recorded when my car was making noise. Then you have Virgil, who is the AMAZING youngman who I talked to over the phone. It is because of his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness that lead me to bring my car to Kedron Tires. I couldn't wait to meet him. On that first day when I came and met Virgil, I also had the opportunity to meet Ray. They all treated me like I was the most important customer that they had. Ray was Also Super helpful and also went the extra mile to give me the contact information for the Columbus Georgia store so I could get a new set of tires for my sister's car. I did not know at the time that Ray was the actual Regional manager because he just act like one of the guys and going the extra mile to make sure that me and all the other customers was taken care of. Next you have Juan who is also super amazing and super knowledgeable Also going the extra mile to make sure that I was taking care of. None of these WONDERFUL youngmen walk around with their titles on their sleeve. It's not about who they are however who we are as a customer and how they can take care of us. As a matter of fact from what I saw, they not only treat me like that but all the customers that came after me. I also got to meet Travis because he tested drove another car I brought in and I was thinking about buying for my nephew. So this ENTIRE team deserves TOTAL Recognition AND TOTAL Increase in Pay! I called Juan, the manager, close to closing time and they had my parts in and were working on my car by 8am the next morning. I called the Kedron Peachtree City location and spoke with Steve, who said they had three different tires in stock for her car and to send them on over. Upon arrival they said we don’t have that tire and would send someone ASAP to get one… 3 hours later the tire arrived and instead of getting it on they sat there until I called and spoke with Ed (interim manager on duty) who didn’t seem to care either about the situation. 4hrs later and $255 for 1 tire they were on the road. Went to another store in Tyrone Georgia to get my tires rotated they wanted $50, got on the net and found this place. Drove over here it was going to cost $20 dollars. I noticed that they also changed oil, mine need it. I ask the manager, yes they could do that too. Got both done for $67. And all done in under 30 mins. At the other the place it was going to be a 1 hour wait time. My car threw a low pressure code after I left. Went back the they reset it in under 5 mins. The manger explained why it happened.
