- Rating 5.0April 9, 20245 stars! Expectations exceed! My car runs smoothly at all speeds. I have a set of Michelin Defender2's, a 5-year alignment, and 3-year road hazard warranty. AND a free synthetic oil change rain check! My car was nowhere near needing an oil change at the time. I've put about 1,000 miles on my car since and it continues the track straight and vibration free. I couldn't be happier about the tires, alignment,professional install, and balance. Obviously, these guys know what they are doing.
But this visit was more that that...I was introduced to everyone that worked on my car. It was an absolute pleasure to speak with the team. These are some super cool guys! I want all of them to know... Thank you for your physically hard work (pulling, air racheting, lifting, mounting, aligning, etc.) Thank you for speaking with me and sharing your craft. Dropped it off, he said they would look at it right away and let me know what they find. Called me back right away telling me I needed pads and rotors. This was at about 4:30. He said do you want us to take care of this today. (They close at 6). I said sure if you can do it in time. So less then an hour later got a call saying they were finishing up that I can head over.
