As a woman, I’ve always been cautious with mechanics because of the notion that they rip off women, but that is definitely not the case here. There have been times I was sure I needed things done on my car, like new brakes, and they could’ve just said “yeah” and charged me for them, but they didn’t. It has been my experience that the intention for this crew is to do great work and keep the customer happy. When I picked up the truck, there was no sign that my wheels had been touched. When confronted, the mechanic LIED and said he did. To confirm, I checked the tire pressure to find they were all different with no evidence fingers touching them. I will not trust this place to work on my vehicles. The management didn't do anything to make this right either except say, "Thanks for letting me know." Does me no good. Now, I have to waste more time and get my tires rotated somewhere else. On top of that, they didn't add windshield washer fluid that is part of the $125 oil change
You really messed up. I would be your ideal customer. I have a company truck, and I am required to keep up the mantaince.
