When I picked up the truck, there was no sign that my wheels had been touched. When confronted, the mechanic LIED and said he did. To confirm, I checked the tire pressure to find they were all different with no evidence fingers touching them. I will not trust this place to work on my vehicles. The management didn't do anything to make this right either except say, "Thanks for letting me know." Does me no good. Now, I have to waste more time and get my tires rotated somewhere else. On top of that, they didn't add windshield washer fluid that is part of the $125 oil change
You really messed up. I would be your ideal customer. I have a company truck, and I am required to keep up the mantaince.
