However - this is the 2nd time in a month I've requested an oil change appointment online and have never received an acknowledgement, so I had to call for an appointment. I dropped 2 cars off for oil changes for my 800 appointment and received a call at 10 that one was complete and the other was being worked on now. I went to pick up the cars at 11 and one car was finished, the other had not made it to the bay yet so I had to come back again at 2 to pick up the other car. Unfortunately, this was the second time something like this happened, about a month earlier I dropped off 2 cars for oil changes, one was finished, the other they never got to and I had to bring it back a week later. Our service has always been consistent at this location since TD came to Harrison. I hadn't realized how badly my tires were worn and he really helped us out, as did the technicians that stayed late(there were 3 other customers that were serviced well after hours)

We arrived 30min before closing time because we were heading on a long trip and Nolan got us in to make sure we weren’t driving on tires with issues. They identified a small pinhole leak missed by the previous tire discounters. We ended up purchasing two new tires for a great price and they got us out the same day! Sad to say all my previous evals were positive and deserving; not this time. Horrible customer service. Repair guy did not communicate effectively with the front desk, resulting in front desk guy telling me everything was fine when it wasn't. When I questioned, he checked and found out tires weren't balanced because the bushings were shot. I scheduled an appointment. After me calling three days in a row, and being told the part will be in, it never arrived. I got excuses from, not delivered yet, found out Honda doesn't deliver so my courrier is picking it up tonight and we'll have it tomorrow. Then 2 days later, our courrier is picking it up today. I walked out.
I feel like the service at the Harrison, Ohio building has progressively declined, and this was pinnacle for me. I've begun the complaint process up the latter. The lack of attention to customer service, and the lack of concern over vehicle safety is unacceptable. When I picked it up the cap was in the same spot and the guy at the desk said "oh yeah they checked the pressure." If they did then why, not 5 minutes after I left is that tire 5 pounds lighter than the other three tires? Why was the cap not screwed back on? The guy said they didn't rotate my tires because they were all wearing evenly. If that is the case why did the tire discounters in Lawrenceburg tell me during my last oil change that I was getting due for tires soon?

What's the difference between now when I'm willing to pay or 3K miles down the road? Just laziness. Why even bother scheduling a slotted time. Glad I didn't need my truck for 5 hours. I could have done this myself with two prybars by hand in the time it took them to do it. Very disappointing and not the first time this has happened, but that's ok, three strikes and you're out. When I inquired about this I was told an appointment was only to get you the next open bay. Why make an appointment if it is meaningless?? They did get my car finished within 2 hours but I feel this could have been 1 1/2 hours if they would have started on time. One other comment is that the female who works the counter should not speak to people as if they are ignorant about cars just because they are female. When she showed me the printout of the alignment she made the comment that I probably didn't understand any of it but I corrected her when I told her that I used to be a mechanic in the US Army and I did understand a little about alignments. Thanks a million!Rating 1.0February 24, 2017They somehow knocked the exhaust on my wife's SUV off one of the mounts causing it to make a noise. I took it back an hour later and asked them to look at it. The store told me they couldn't look at it until the next day. I had to call the corporate number and they finally decided to look at it. After about an hour they bring me out and tell me they can't find anything wrong. After looking at it myself I point out that the exhaust was nearly knocked off one of the mounts and caused another mount to hit on the frame causing the noise. They repositioned the exhaust and the noise was gone. I would have expected them to make it a priority to look at a car they screwed up without being forced to look at it by corporate.Tire DiscountersApril 12, 2017Allen, our apologies that the quality that we expect wasn't delivered here.
